The pulsed light laser hair removal course is offered to electrologists AND estheticians. This 15-hour course, open to men and women, is given over 2 days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This theoretical and practical laser hair removal course is designed for anyone who would like to gain an understanding about the following subjects:

• The basic principles of the pulsed light laser hair removal: the absorption and reflection of light and the cauterisation of the papilla
• The laser parameters: wavelength, the laser vs flash lamp, the duration and the frequency of impulse and the cooling methods
• The laser consultation: general information, contraindications and side effects
• Pre- and post-treatment protocol: shaving, anaesthetic cream and the sun
• The application of pulsed light laser for photorejuvenation
• Practice on clients.
